Project Overview
This project provides consulting services for project management and monitoring, aimed at enhancing governance, operational efficiency, and oversight effectiveness across project implementation stages. The assignment focuses on strengthening planning, execution, and control mechanisms to ensure projects are delivered in line with approved objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. NAMAA Consult’s role is to support structured decision-making and sustainable project delivery through technical expertise, systematic monitoring, and governance-driven consultancy.
Scope of work:
The scope of work includes the delivery of project management and monitoring consultancy services, covering the following activities:
- Consulting on project management practices, including work mechanisms, scheduling and time management, quality assurance, and cost control.
- Monitoring project performance and progress against approved plans and benchmarks.
- Preparing technical, periodic, and performance reports to support informed decision-making.
- Providing technical and logistical support for operational mechanisms and procedural governance frameworks.
- Developing structured mechanisms for monitoring and implementing developmental plans, ensuring compliance with comprehensive oversight standards.
- Supporting and strengthening oversight functions as required throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reviewing and studying recommendations, best practices, and lessons learned to support future project planning and improvement.
