Project Overview
This project involves the construction supervision of major infrastructure networks within the H-A Construction Zone of New Alamein City, one of Egypt’s strategic urban development initiatives. Covering an area of approximately 2,300 acres, the assignment supports the creation of a fully integrated infrastructure backbone that enables sustainable urban growth and long-term functionality. NAMAA Consult’s role focuses on providing expert supervision and technical oversight to ensure that all infrastructure works are executed in compliance with approved designs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Scope of work:
The scope of work includes the construction supervision and technical consultation for all primary infrastructure networks within the H-A Construction Zone, comprising:
- Supervision of infrastructure works across an area of 2,300 acres, located south of the coastal road and east of C-19 in New Alamein City.
- Providing expert consultation and oversight for key infrastructure systems, including:
- 1 - Road networks
- 2 - Water supply systems
- 3 - Wastewater and sewerage systems
- 4 - Drainage and hydrology networks
- 5 - Irrigation systems
- Monitoring construction activities to ensure quality control, compliance with approved specifications, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to support efficient execution and timely completion of works.
