Project Overview
The Location Compliance Review of Bank Branches, ATM, and Telecommunication Companies with Local Regulation is a regulatory and asset management project aimed at enhancing compliance, transparency, and governance across financial and telecommunications infrastructure in Riyadh. The project focuses on verifying asset locations, operational status, and licensing compliance while establishing a centralized, GIS-based system to support effective monitoring and decision-making. Through integrated field surveys, regulatory coordination, and geospatial data management, NAMAA Consult supported Riyadh Municipality in strengthening oversight and improving the management of critical financial and telecommunications assets.
Scope of work:
- Conduct a comprehensive field inventory of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), banks and their branches, and telecommunications companies, including verification of locations and operational status.
- Manage and coordinate the process of requesting and obtaining licenses for ATMs, banking facilities, and telecommunications infrastructure in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Develop a centralized, GIS-based database to map, document, and manage inventory data, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and ease of retrieval.
