Project Overview

Scope of work:
The scope of work includes the implementation of an integrated emergency and crisis management system, covering the following functions:

- Collection, classification, analysis, and visualization of data to support crisis assessment and response planning.
- Automation of administrative workflows to enhance coordination between involved entities.
- Improving communication channels between the Emergency Room and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely information exchange.
- Supporting the institutionalization of crisis and emergency management practices through structured processes and operational frameworks.
