Project Overview

At NAMAA Consult, we worked with the ministry of transport to build public company that emphasizes sustainability, safety, and user comfort, aiming to create resilient infrastructures that support economic growth and improve quality of life.
Scope of work:
- Conduct a comprehensive technical, financial, and economic feasibility study for the establishment of a public transport company providing urban and intercity transport services, in addition to complementary transport-related activities at the national level.
- Assess operational models, fleet requirements, infrastructure needs, regulatory frameworks, and institutional arrangements for nationwide public transport operations.
- Perform financial and economic analyses, including capital and operating cost estimation, revenue forecasting, pricing models, and cost–benefit evaluation.
- Evaluate service quality standards, pricing strategies, and market positioning to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
- Develop implementation scenarios and phased development plans for the proposed public transport company.
