Scope of work:
- Design and implement an automated bridge inspection and maintenance management system to support condition monitoring, data management, and lifecycle planning.
- Develop standardized methodologies for structuring, classifying, and documenting bridge assets, ensuring consistency and traceability.
- Establish scientific performance evaluation frameworks for bridge assets, including condition indices, load capacity indicators, and safety metrics.
- Develop performance prediction and deterioration models and integrate outputs into optimized maintenance and rehabilitation practices.
- Define maintenance and rehabilitation priorities, supervise implementation activities, and prepare budget-aligned maintenance programs.
